Prior to joining WellGen, Ms. Weston was the administrative officer of a biotechnology company, Praelux (now part of General Electric Medical Systems), where she managed human resources, legal agreements, budgets, and shareholder communications. Ms. Weston also has broad experience with major pharmaceutical and financial companies, administering IP and venture capital portfolios and supporting merger and acquisition transactions. Ms. Weston holds a certification as an SHRM Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
